ROOM PRICES :
Double: from 120 to 150 euros per night.
Single use: from 90 to 110 euros per night.
These rates are indicative and vary according the season and the number of nights.

PAYMENT:
Upon booking by bank transfer or PayPal or in cash upon check – in.

DEPOSIT:
A deposit of 50% of the total amount is required for confirmation of booking.
This can be paid by Paypal or bank transfer.
In accordance with our cancellation policy the deposit is refundable thus:

• Fully refundable if cancellation is made within 30 days before the date of arrival;
• 50% refundable if cancellation is made within 15 days before the date of arrival.

CITY TOURISM TAX:
Established by the City of Venice from 24 August 2011, for the Bed and Breakfast the tax is

• ENTIRE (adults) 3,00 euros per day per person
• REDUCTION (children 11-16) 1,50 euro per day per person.
