Where we are

The B & B is located near the University of Architecture, a 15-minute walk from the bus station in Piazzale Roma, in an area that has retained the character of a city animated by its inhabitants, far from the major tourist flows, but convenient to reach the main points of interest.

The romantic Zattere walk is a few minutes walk, as is the lively Campo Santa Margherita, with its many bars, cafes and nice restaurants at affordable prices, thanks to the proximity of the main University of Venice. Some of the most beautiful churches are within walking distance, especially not to lose are the ancient church of St. Nicholas of Mendicoli and the church of San Sebastiano frescoed by Paolo Veronese.
